Issue Description : Users couldn’t start a Microsoft Teams video call when utilizing the Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365.

More info : As a workaround, affected users could’ve successfully utilized teams.microsoft.com in lieu of Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365.

Scope of impact : Your organization is affected by this event, and any user of Azure Virtual Desktop starting Microsoft Teams video calls are impacted.

Final Update : 07/09/2022 08:35:00 AM – Microsoft has identified that a configuration change intended to archive past overlapping changes resulted in a feature flag being disabled, resulting in impact. They have applied a fix to re-enable the feature flag and they have verified via monitoring and with affected users that this action successfully resolved the problem.
