Pharmacy multiples

A multiple is any pharmacy organisation that is a member of the CCA (Company Chemists Association) or AIMp (Association of Independent Multiple pharmacies) and have been assigned ‘super users’ who are the lead contacts at their multiple.

Please raise a case via the NHS England National Service Desk Customer Portal and search for ‘Contact the team – NHS.net Connect’ and choose ‘Pharmacy super user registration’.

Super users can liaise directly with helpdesk@nhs.net and are responsible and accountable, as shared mailbox owners, for submitting bulk change forms to make user and shared mailbox administration changes. This means that joiners, movers and leavers can be managed centrally by each multiple.
