Microsoft Alert: Service degradation – Microsoft Teams – Some functionalities impacted within Microsoft Teams meetings

Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users are unable to change role, mute other users or see screenshare within the Microsoft Teams web client. Microsoft Teams Teams Desktop application users are not impacted.

Current Update – 08/02/2021 11:52:00 AM: Service has been restored to normal by Microsoft. Users should be able to use Microsoft Teams web client without any issues.
