Microsoft Alert: Service degradation – Admins unable to view up to date usage report data in Microsoft 365 admin center

Issue Status: OPEN

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby admins routed through the affected infrastructure are unable to view usage report data in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The following reports are not viewed:

-Email
-OneDrive for Business
-Site Usage
-Group

Current Update – 08/02/2021 9:53:00 AM: An issue with the data pipeline for Microsoft 365 report data is causing unintended delays with generating usage reports. We’re working to determine the best method to address the issue and remediate the impact.
