Issue Summary: We have received reports that end users are unable to access the CoreView University.

Description: Users trying to access CoreView University to complete CoreView training may receive a message “This account has been suspended. Contact your hosting provider for information.”
Final update: 17/06/2026 13:52:00 – Our engineering team have continued to collaborate closely with out 3rd party supplier and have now confirmed that this issue has been resolved. Access to CoreView University has been fully restored.
