Issue Description: Users can’t access embedded services in Microsoft Teams.
More info: Specifically, the button to give consent is greyed out and unable to be clicked within the consent dialogue popup. This issue only impacts embedded services which contain model-driven apps.
This issue may potentially affect the following embedded services in Microsoft Teams:
– Dynamics 365 Sales
– Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
– Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data
– Dynamics 365 Customer Service
– Dynamics 365 Contact Center
– Dynamics 365 Field Service
– Microsoft Dataverse
