Issue Description: Users are unable to create new Task Chats in Microsoft Planner in Microsoft Teams.

While we’re focused on remediation, users will be able to create new Task Chats through Planner on the web.

Current Update: 15/04/2026 09:05:00 AM–Microsoft are continuing to prepare and finalize the validation of our fix, and we’re aiming to confirm a timeline for its deployment by our next scheduled communications update.
