Final Update: 16/04/2026 9:20:00 AM– Microsoft has identified that a network connectivity issue caused generalized slowness across multiple scenarios, with increased impact to real‑time experiences such as video and audio calls and screen sharing in Microsoft Teams. We’ve corrected the underlying network issue and, following a period of monitoring, confirmed that the issue is mitigated and service reliability has returned to normal.
