Issue Description: Users experience failures when importing solutions for Copilot Studio agents containing unstructured knowledge sources

More info: Impact may occur when importing a solution or when provisioning the knowledge sources for the imported agents.

Users will receive the following error message when importing a solution, “Sql error: Statement conflicted with a constraint…”

Impact is limited to unstructured knowledge sources.

Current Update: 31/03/2026 8:59:00 AM– The mitigation script deployment is still ongoing. We are monitoring the deployment as it progresses.
