Issue Description: Users’ auto-decline meeting settings for automatic replies may not be working in Exchange Online.

Current Update: 03/03/2026 8:25:00 AM – Microsoft  reports that the code fix continues to roll out and has now reached approximately 93% of the affected environment. Some users may already be experiencing mitigation of the issue. In our  their communication when they will anticipate the deployment will be fully completed and will provide an additional update on the overall saturation status of the code fix to all impacted users

Scope of impact: Users with automatic replies set up to auto-decline meeting invites in Exchange Online may be impacted. This information may be updated as our investigation continues.

Root cause: A latent code issue triggered by a recent service configuration update is resulting in impact.
