Issue Description: Users are experiencing increased error rates and failures when accessing app entitlement APIs within Exchange Online.

More info: Users may experience increased error rates and failures, impacting multiple services including Skype Teams, Power Automate, and Skype Messaging Bot API.

Final Update: 09/03/2026 12:27:00 PM – Microsoft has identified that a recent build update that was deployed may be causing memory threshold issues. Whilst they are investigating the potential root cause of impact, they are in the process of reverting the update in order to mitigate impact.
