Issue Description: We are aware of an issue authenticating users on the Launchpad this morning.

Final Update: 27/03/2026 10:35 AM – Our support engineers have re‑deployed the planned code change and have received confirmation that the service has now stabilised.

We are reviewing the deployment process to understand what did not work as expected and to identify improvements that will help prevent a recurrence in future.

Please note that you may need to clear your browser cache and browsing history (CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE) before retrying access to the Launchpad.
