Issue Description: We are aware that some users’ Job Title and/or Phone numbers are being removed in Entra. Engineers are investigating the issue and updates will be provided in due course.

Final Update 18/03/2026 10:00AM:- Engineers remediated the issue on the evening of Monday 16th March and have been in a monitoring state since. We have since observed no further issues where a users “Job Title” or “Phone number” have been removed. Any previously affected users will have their “Job Title and phone number restored over the coming days as the sync progresses.
