Issue Description: We have received a small number of reports from end users suggesting that there is a delay to mail delivery.

Current Update: 03/03/2026 10:15 AM: We are aware of an issue causing delays to mail delivery. Initial investigations indicate this is due to a high volume of automated logging emails being sent to specific NHS recipients by an external third party. We are working to understand why these emails are being generated and are engaging with the responsible organisation so that swift action can be taken to resolve the issue and remove the impact.
