Issue Description: Admin Hub Access Issue for Newly Migrated Administrators.
Current Update: 09/03/2026 10:11 AM: The access issue affecting administrators in the most recent migration batch has now been resolved. Access to the Admin Hub service has been restored for impacted users. We have implemented an interim change to ensure service availability while a background script continues to complete the remaining configuration updates. We will provide a further update once the script has finished running and all changes have been fully applied.
