Issue Description: Users can’t choose a focus area in Microsoft Viva Glint

More info: This only affects users who don’t have “manage surveys” access or permission.

Current Update: 20/02/2025 08:33:00 AM – Microsoft has determined that a data routing misconfiguration was introduced in a recent update that resulted in users who don’t have “manage survey” access being unable to select a focus area in Viva Glint. They have developed a fix for this configuration problem and are deploying it to affected users. They will provide an update on the deployment process in their next communication.
