Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Users may be unable to select or find meeting rooms when creating channel meetings in Microsoft Teams.

Current Update: 05/02/2026 08:40:00 AM –Microsoft has developed a fix and are performing validations to ensure it addresses the issue without any adverse effects. Once they have completed the validation phase, they will begin the expedited deployment of our fix to the affected users. They will anticipate being able to provide a timeline for complete deployment by our next scheduled communications update.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to select or find meetings rooms when creating channel meetings in Microsoft Teams may be impacted. This information may be updated as our investigation continues.

Root cause: A regression is causing a graph API which Microsoft Teams relies on for scheduling channel meetings with a meeting room to fail.
