Issue Description: Users don’t see the dial pad on MTR on Windows devices.

Current Update: 11/02/2026 08:57:00 AM –An issue in Microsoft’s deployment infrastructure caused a delay, as a result the deployment has increased from 75 to 80 percent, but hasn’t completed as expected. They have addressed the delay and are continuing to monitor deployment progress to confirm completion and impact resolution.

Scope of impact: Any user on build 25113001316 of the Microsoft Teams Rooms app may be impacted. This section may be updated as the investigation progresses.

Root cause: A code regression in the latest build of Microsoft Teams caused the dial pad User Interface (UI) elements to be missing.
