Issue Description: Users don’t see the dial pad on MTR on Windows devices.

Current Update: 06/02/2026 08:48:00 AM –Microsoft are continuing to monitor deployment of the fix to restore the missing UI elements on the impacted version of the MTR app, and it’s reached 50 percent saturation. As the fix progresses, users will progressively experience impact relief and based on current estimates, they expect the deployment to be complete by their next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Any user on build 25113001316 of the Microsoft Teams Rooms app may be impacted. This section may be updated as the investigation progresses.

Root cause: A code regression in the latest build of Microsoft Teams caused the dial pad User Interface (UI) elements to be missing.
