More info: Delays are specific to open-ended questions in the meeting chat from the meeting participants to the Facilitator agent.

Current Update: 05/02/2026 08:58:00 AM – Microsoft has the solutions continuing to address the impact in Asia Pacific region and Europe. They anticipate full remediation in all affected regions by our next scheduled communications update.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect any user in Microsoft Teams meetings attempting to ask open-ended questions in meeting chats from the meeting participants to the Facilitator agent.

Root cause: An unusual influx of request traffic pertaining to user authentication when utilising Facilitator for open-ended questions in meeting chat resulted in impact.
