Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue when trying to log-in via portal.nhs.net where an error “Oops! We cannot find the page you are looking for. Please try again.”

Final Update: 24/02/2026 23:30 PM –Engineers have applied a fix and portal.nhs.net is now accessible. A full investigation into the root cause is underway and will be provided once complete. Microsoft apologise for any inconvenience caused.
