Issue Status: MONITORING

Issue Description: Users may be unable to access the Admin Hub component of Coreview and will see an error message on screen which reads “Oops, something went wrong during that login”..

Current Update: 02/02/2026 17:00 PM – Internal monitoring has identified an issue preventing migrated organisations and our own Service Desk from logging into the Core View Admin Portal. When attempting to complete this function, the user receives an error screen which reads “Oops, something went wrong during that login” and can proceed no further.

Closing the browser session and retrying can result in success but this is intermittent. We are seeing that once an individual is able to log in, they are able to utilise the Admin Hub without issues and perform all admin functions.
