Issue Description: Users may have been unable to access Microsoft Viva Engage content for the first time in the Microsoft Teams mobile app.

Current Update: 30/01/2026 08:58:00 AM – At the current stage of their update reversion, Microsoft has confirmed that users are able to access Microsoft Viva engage content, but network admins are still unable to change network settings. They are continuing to revert the offending update and expect it should complete and fully remediate impact by their next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: Any users attempting to access Microsoft Viva Engage content for the first time in the Microsoft Teams mobile app, or any network admin attempting to change a users network settings
Root cause: A recent schema field update was added to the network settings, preventing users from accessing Microsoft Viva Engage content for the first time in the Microsoft Teams mobile app, and preventing network admins from making network settings changes.
