Issue Description: Users are unable to install apps created with Microsoft Copilot Studio when using shared deep links in Microsoft Teams.
More info: Users may see that the app installed in Microsoft Teams, but the app install fails in the background and an error message is not displayed.
Current Update: 02/02/2026 08:32:00 AM – Microsoft has completed the deployment of their code solution to the affected environment; however, an additional deployment is needed to update another setting to fully remediate impact. They are deploying this update to a small subset of affected users, after which they will perform additional testing and validations to ensure no adverse effects occur before proceeding further.
