Issue Description: Users are experiencing failures installing flows inside of Power Apps

Current Update: 08/01/2026 10:51:00 AM – Following Microsoft’s investigations, they determined that a portion of a dependency infrastructure responsible for Power Apps and Power Automate services is encountering internal resource capacity failures. They attempted manual failovers, but the issue persisted. They are gathering additional service diagnostic for review to determine their next troubleshooting steps.
