Information – Power Apps per app SKU availability update

Message: Effective January 2, 2026, the Power Apps per app SKU is no longer available for purchase by new customers.

Current Status: This change has been implemented and is now in effect. Existing Enterprise customers will experience no disruption and can continue to use and renew this SKU after their current agreement ends. During the term of the Enterprise Agreement, users can be added or adjusted at any time without the need for individual purchase orders, with changes accounted for through the annual process.

Existing CSP customers are not impacted and can continue to use and renew their Power Apps per app subscriptions.

User Impact: New customers are unable to purchase the Power Apps per app SKU.

For existing MPSA customers, the SKU is no longer offered. Their agreements remain active, and they can continue using the Power Apps per app license until the agreement ends. After expiration, customers will have a 60-day window to migrate to an alternative solution.

Next Steps: Customers are advised to review their current licensing position and plan accordingly.
