Issue Description: Some users aren’t always receiving custom admin notifications when using Microsoft Intune-managed Entra ID devices

More info: Some notifications to noncompliant Android devices are failing. This also affects some remote device action notifications as well.

Current Update: 12/12/2025 09:30:00 AM – Microsoft are continuing their analysis of the provided service telemetry and logs to isolate the root cause of the impact and identify a path to remediation.
