Issue Description: Some users may be unable to access Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 364) or experience degraded functionality

Current Update: 09/12/2025 10:12:00 AM – Microsoft’s are reviewing service monitoring telemetry to isolate the root cause and develop a remediation plan.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users attempting to access Microsoft Copilot.
