– Copilot button within the Edge browser
– Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 app (app, client app, Win32 app)
– Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 apps
Users may see the error message “Sorry, I wasn’t able to respond to that. Is there something else I can help with”
Current Update: 09/12/2025 13:51:00 AM – Microsoft have identified an unexpected increase in traffic has resulted in some requests being throttled. They are completing manual adjustments to the load balancing rules to reduce the impact on the most heavily impacted components. While this is ongoing, they are performing targeted restarts on the affected infrastructure to improve availability.
Scope of impact: This issue may affect any user within your organization attempting to access Microsoft Copilot.
