Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Users may be unable to access the My Templates and Viva Insights Outlook add-ins in Exchange Online.

Current Update: 24/12/2025 15:10:00 PM – Microsoft have confirmed that the cache reset is nearly complete, and some impacted users have validated that this is successfully mitigating the issue. They expect this process to be completed by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: The problem impacts some users trying to access the My Templates and Viva Insights Outlook add-ins in Exchange Online. This section may be updated as our investigation progresses.
