Reilly 1.3 Release – Content Summary

The NHS.net Connect Portal release is named in honour of Siobhan Reilly (Siobhan Heafield), Regional Chief Nurse of the Midlands and East Region for NHS England and NHS Improvement, for their services to Nursing and the Covid-19 response.

Please find below a summary of the main content of the Reilly 1.3 release which was deployed on 3rd September 2025.

Portal AD Functionality:

  • 94589: Turn off Co-pilot service plans when Microsoft365 Copilot Licence is assigned.

When an admin user creates or updates a User Policy where a Microsoft365 Copilot License is assigned, the below applications are toggled to off automatically in the tenant.

    • Copilot Studio in Copilot for M365
    • Power Platform Connectors in Microsoft 365 Copilot
