Issue Description: Users may see an error when opening the side panel for quarantined messages within Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

More info: Additionally, some quarantined messages may not be available within Security Operations Center threat hunting experiences, including email entity, threat explorer, and advanced hunting.

Microsoft’s investigation indicates all actions and operations within the quarantine experience are still functional despite users encountering an error in the side panel display stating “Something went wrong. Primary and secondary data missing.”

Final Update: 01/08/2025 08:30:00 AM Microsoft have completed validation and deployment of the fix across all affected environments, and after monitoring the service, they’ve verified that this action successfully resolved the problem.

Scope of impact: Any user may be impacted when attempting to view quarantined messages within Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
