Issue Description: Users may see failures when interacting with bot-linked actions within adaptive cards in Microsoft Teams.

More info: Affected users can input either the “Ctrl + F5” or “Ctrl + Shift + r” keystroke to manually refresh as a temporary workaround.

Current Update: 16/06/2025 08:45:00 AM – Microsoft’s deployment is ongoing; however, it’s progressing slower than initially anticipated. They’ll provide a timeline for the completion of the deployment as one becomes available.

Scope of impact: Any user interacting with bot-linked actions within adaptive cards in Microsoft Teams may be impacted.
