Issue Description: Users are unable to use Event-Based Retention in Microsoft Purview Data Lifecycle Management and Records Management.

Current Update: 17/06/2025 08:14:00 AM – Microsoft have begun rolling their secondary code fix to the affected environment for initial testing prior to its full rollout. They are monitoring as the deployment begins to confirm its efficacy and determine a timeline for full remediation.
