Issue Description: Users may not receive any results for video analytics within Microsoft Stream on SharePoint.

Final Update: 21/05/2025 09:25:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed through their service health telemetry that impact has been successfully remediated following the deployment of their fix.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to view video analytics within Microsoft Stream on SharePoint may be impacted.

Root cause: A recent service update contains a code regression, which is missing certain properties used to generate analytics, resulting in impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their update testing and validation methods to better identify code regressions such as this prior to deployment to prevent similar impact in the future.
