Issue Description: Users may be unable to add or manage Signatures in the new Outlook desktop client.
More info: Users may be able to add and manage Signatures using the Outlook mobile app, Outlook on the web, or in the classic Outlook desktop client while Microsoft resolve this issue.
Final Update: 02/06/2025 08:49:00 AM – The deployment of the targeted fix completed and Microsoft confirmed with affected users that impact is remediated.
Scope of impact: Any users may be unable to add or manage Signatures using the new Outlook desktop client.
Root cause: A recent standard service update contains a code change that’s preventing the attendees from seeing the screenshare within a Managed Mode meeting through the Microsoft Teams web app.
Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing and updating their service update validation procedure to identify and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
