NHS.net Connect Intune Alert – Some Android users may receive an error “app access blocked” when accessing corporate data on managed and unmanaged devices.
Issue Status: Investigating
User impact: Microsoft Intune and other MDM providers are experiencing an issue with Android devices in which the error message “App Access Blocked” may appear.
The message says:
“To access you data associated with xxx@nhs.net securely, your organisation requires that your device passes Google Plays device integrity checks for general integrity and compatibility of the device. Contact you organisations support team for help.”
We have an open support case with Microsoft and have provided all available information to them to with the investigation.
