Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users located in UK South region may have experienced access issues with Gateway connections shared with Security Groups.

More Info: As a workaround, adding users to Gateway Connection worked as expected.

Final Update: 22/05/2025 09:05:00 AM – Microsoft have completed reverting the deployment, which has remediated impact.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to users located in the UK South region attempting to access Gateway connections shared with Security Groups.

Root cause: A regression within a recent deployment caused impact to occur.

Next steps: : Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during our development and testing cycles.
