Issue Description: Users experience loading delays in PowerApps Visuals with Power BI on web browsers

Current Update: 04/12/2025 08:49:00 AM – Microsoft have discovered a change contained in a recent service update caused a regression in the Custom Visuals configuration that resulted in the loading delays. They have reverted the responsible change to restore the service to a health state and relieve this impact.

Scope of impact: Your organization was impacted by this event, and all users experienced loading delays in PowerApps Visuals when Power BI on web browsers.
