Issue Description: Users may experience delays or refresh issues while interacting with the Power BI service.

Final date: 09/02/2026 09:08:00 AM –Microsoft has identified that a section of Power BI service infrastructure was performing below acceptable performance thresholds, resulting in impact. They have rerouted user traffic to alternate infrastructure, which has resolved impact.
