Issue Description: Users are unable to open custom pages from model-driven apps

Final Update: 12/12/2025 08:56:00 AM – After Microsoft’s investigation, they have identified a regression contained within the weekly service update as the source of impact. To mitigate the issue, they applied a configuration change to address the regression and, following a period of testing and service health diagnostic analysis, they have confirmed that functionality is restored.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
