Issue Description: Users intermittently can’t import canvas apps as a package to Microsoft Power Apps.

More info: Affected users were presented with the following error:
“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

Current Update: 05/06/2025 08:40:00 AM After completing the reconfiguration and monitoring the service environment, Microsoft have confirmed that service health has returned to normal and impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Your organization was impacted by this event, and impact was intermittent and limited to a subset of users who were attempting to import canvas apps as a package to Microsoft Power Apps.

Root cause: A recent configuration update contained an authentication error, which resulted in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing testing and validation processes for their configuration updates to help identify and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
