Issue Description: Users receive an error when launching the Microsoft Teams desktop client or web app.
More info: Users can refresh the page to bypass the loading screen.
Final Update: 15/07/2025 09:25:00 AM – Microsoft have previously mentioned deployment process of the new fix is still in progress and taking an extended period of time. Based on their current estimates, they now anticipate the deployment will have completed by their next scheduled communication update, at which point they will have also tested their solution to verify that it addresses the remaining impact.

Root cause: A recent regular service update which contains a code misconfiguration that’s causing impact.
