Issue Description: Users’ query responses from the Facilitator agent in Microsoft Teams meetings are delayed up to 25 seconds.

More info: Delays are specific to open-ended questions in the meeting chat from the meeting participants to the Facilitator agent.

Final Update: 13/02/2026 09:29:00 AM –After an extended period of monitoring, Microsoft have confirmed their solutions resolved the impact in the affected regions and that the service is healthy.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect any user in Microsoft Teams meetings attempting to ask open-ended questions in meeting chats from the meeting participants to the Facilitator agent.

Root cause: An unusual influx of request traffic pertaining to user authentication when utilizing Facilitator for open-ended questions in meeting chat resulted in impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft are continuing their efforts to improve the routing and processing of request traffic in our infrastructure, which will help them in avoiding similar impact in the future.
