Issue Description: Some users may be unable to view the planner app in Microsoft Teams
More info: Admins may be able to update the planner assignment setting from ‘No one’ to ‘Everyone’ in the Teams admin center (TAC) to mitigate impact.
Final Update: 26/03/2026 08:39:00 AM – Microsoft has confirmed the fix rollout has completed successfully, and customer validation indicates the issue is resolved.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure attempting to utilize the planner app in Microsoft Teams.
Next Steps: Microsoft are analyzing the affected infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement that help prevent this issue from recurring.
They will provide a preliminary Post-Incident Report within two business days and a final Post-Incident Report within five business days.
