Issue Description: Users may be unable to utilize avatar and video filtering features in Microsoft Teams for Mac.

Current Update: 21/04/2025 03:51:00 PM – Microsoft have deployed the fix to the affected environment and they are conducting an extended period of validation to ensure impact has been remediated as expected.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users see stale data in their Microsoft Teams Discovery feed.

Root cause: An issue with a Substrate service that this functionality is reliant upon is contributing to processing and ingestion delays, which is causing the Microsoft Teams Discovery feed to display stale data for some users.
