Issue Description: Users may be unable to select or find meeting rooms when creating channel meetings in Microsoft Teams.

Final Update: 06/02/2026 08:37:00 AM –Microsoft has monitored the deployment progress of the fix and they have now confirmed that it has fully deployed, resolving the impact.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to select or find meetings rooms when creating channel meetings in Microsoft Teams may be impacted. This information may be updated as our investigation continues.

Root cause: A regression is causing a graph API which Microsoft Teams relies on for scheduling channel meetings with a meeting room to fail.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to understand why the code regression wasn’t identified during their testing phase. This will help us to improve their testing processes and proactively identifying similar issues in the future.
