Issue Description: Users couldn’t use the Walkie Talkie app in any channel in the Microsoft Teams mobile app.
Current Update: 26/11/2025 09:09:00 AM – Microsoft have identified that a portion of Microsoft Teams infrastructure responsible for processing requests to access the Walkie Talkie app experienced an issue resulting in requests failing to reach the service. They have restarted the affected portion of infrastructure and confirmed requests are now succeeding and impact was successfully remediated for all users.
Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and all users couldn’t use the Walkie Talkie app in any channel in the Microsoft Teams mobile app.
Root cause: A portion of Microsoft Teams infrastructure responsible for processing requests to access the Walkie Talkie app experienced an issue resulting in requests failing to reach the service.
