Issue Description: Users were unable to utilize auto attendant, voice mail, call queues and call recorder bot in Microsoft Teams.
Current Update: 28/04/2025 08:43:00 AM – Microsoft’s have determined that a section of infrastructure that facilitates auto attendant, voice mail, call queues and call recorder bot in Microsoft Teams was not performing as expected. They have redirected user traffic to alternate infrastructure, which has remediated impact.
Scope of impact: Impact was specific to users who were served through the affected infrastructure.
Root cause: A section of infrastructure that facilitates auto attendant, voice mail, call queues and call recorder bot in Microsoft Teams was not performing as expected.
Next Steps: Microsoft are analyzing performance data and trends on the affected infrastructure to help prevent this problem from happening again.
