Issue Description: Meeting attendees may be unable to edit Meeting Notes within new meetings in Microsoft Teams.

More info: Impact appears to be specific to scenarios where some users who have opted into the New Calendar are using the Meeting Notes feature while setting up new meetings in Microsoft Teams, for organizations that have enabled collaborative notes and have set up a CoreDefaultShareLinkRole to View or None setting.

While Microsoft are focused on remediation, users may be able to resolve the issue by either disabling the New Calendar feature within Microsoft Teams or by manually changing permissions on the collaborative notes to ensure they’re editable by all attendees.
