Issue Description: Users experience failures with flow triggers and actions that haven’t been manually updated for six months.

Final Update: 07/05/2025 09:00:00 AM Microsoft have confirmed that the authentication component that’s utilized for flow triggers and actions had expired. After addressing the authentication component configuration, their internal service telemetry has validated that impact has been remediated.

Root cause: An authentication component misconfiguration was producing failures with flow triggers and actions that haven’t been manually updated for six months.
